Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any service from TheRealBossyBranding LLC, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Your agreement to these terms is confirmed upon purchase and is legally binding.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on the service purchased. Standard turnaround refers to business days only and excludes weekends and holidays. 

Turnaround Times vary from 4-25 days depending on the service being purchased.

Rush services are available for most services and vary depending on the service being purchased. Same Day orders must be purchased before 2:00 PM to qualify for expedited delivery. Depending upon the service, Options include:

• Same Day (24 Hours)

• Rush Service (7–10 business days)

• Priority Express (3–5 business days)

During peak tax season and other high-demand periods, Clients are encouraged to place orders early to avoid delays. No project will begin until all requested information has been received.

Payment + Refunds

All payments made to TheRealBossyBranding LLC are final and non-refundable. Payment secures the Client’s commitment to the service described. Refunds will only be issued in the rare case that a project is canceled by TheRealBossyBranding LLC.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the Client must submit all required project details within 5 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the project being marked as abandoned with no refund.

-If the Client is awaiting professional photos from a photographer, additional time may be granted, but all other materials must still be submitted within the 5-day window.

The Client must also provide high-quality, professional photos or approved stock images for the best design outcome. TheRealBossyBranding LLC is not responsible for compromised results caused by poor-quality or low-resolution images. It is the Client’s responsibility to verify spelling, service details, and contact information before submission.

Communication during the project should remain consistent, and Clients are expected to reply to requests for feedback within 48–72 hours to avoid delays.

Revisions

Each project includes up to 5 revisions. To limit excessive changes, Clients should be as specific and precise as possible when providing feedback. Revisions typically cover small changes such as:

• Color adjustments

• Font swaps

• Title or text edits

• Image changes

Revisions beyond the included five may result in additional fees. Clients uncertain of their needs are encouraged to book a consultation before ordering.

Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback after purchase or delivery will result in immediate legal action, where TheRealBossyBranding LLC will seek the maximum allowable compensation.

Ownership and Usage

Once full payment has been received and the project is completed, ownership of the final design transfers to the Client. TheRealBossyBranding LLC retains the right to use completed work for:

• Portfolios

• Marketing materials

• Educational content

• Competition submissions

TheRealBossyBranding LLC may share project progress and final deliverables on social media for promotional purposes. Clients wishing to opt out of promotional sharing must pay a non-disclosure fee ranging from $50–$250, depending on the scope of the project.

Clients are responsible for all third-party costs associated with their project, including website subscriptions, domain names, and hosting fees.
